Returns & Exchanges Policy

Change of Mind Refunds and Exchanges:

If you change your mind within 7 days, you can obtain a refund to the original payment method, provided you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. You can also choose to exchange the item or accept a gift card. Items must be returned in their original sale condition to qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds cannot be given for bespoke orders, discounted, or altered items.

How to Return an Item: 

Please send us an email at info@starlightandstrawberries.co.za. Include a copy of your receipt, a description of the item, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

All returns will be processed within 20 business days of receiving your parcel. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

Starlight and Strawberries is not responsible for any fees or costs associated with returning unwanted items.

Conditions of Return:

·       Items must be returned in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).

·       Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

·       Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·       You will be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

Refunds for Faulty Items:

You are entitled to a refund for items purchased from Starlight and Strawberries if the item is faulty, and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before purchase.

If you do not return the faulty item within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but will be entitled to have it repaired.

If you are entitled to a refund but prefer to exchange the item or receive a gift card of equivalent value, we are happy to accommodate your preference.
